What happens on the day
Officers from the passport office and the registration office are in one hall. You can confirm your details, have your photograph taken and pay, all in one visit. Most people are done within an hour.
What to bring
- Your current passport, if you have one
- Your national ID card
- A way to pay: card, bank transfer or mobile money
Come before 2pm to be sure of being seen. The hall is on the ground floor, with level access and seating.
